The monthly group Crystal Bowl Sound healing sessions are increasing stepping up in both their effectiveness and enjoyment, and the next one will be taking place on Sunday 22nd November at 6.30pm.

This month we will be using the energy of the bowls to work with and release “negative” and “restrictive” energies from the throat chakra, and then integrating new “positive” ones (self-expression?) in their place.

In December I have a small flurry of crystal events taking place. The monthly sound healing will take place on Friday the 11th of December (and the theme will be the third eye chakra). The following day I have a Crystal open morning where you can have time to browse, sit and tune into a large variety of crystals that I currently have guardianship of in my house. All of the crystals are for sale, and at very reasonable prices and just in time for gift buying season.

Then in the afternoon of Saturday 12th December, I am pleased to be facilitating the first “Crystal Bowl Progression to a “Future” life. This will be a 2 hour workshop and will start at 2.30pm and finish at 4.30pm
