The retreat takes place in Cornwall, which is one of the most fabulous places on the planet for a retreat, for energy work and to explore the surroundings.
Your process of illumination for the Cornwall Retreat week includes:
- Group sessions: meditations, chakra exploration, chakra healing with crystals, sound healing, inner child healing, crystal handling, group discussion, self exploration, connection with nature and the four elements. Depending on the weather, the sessions will occur indoors or outdoors
- There will be time for all for free 20 minute individual sessions on a crystal bed. The crystal bed comes from Abadiania in Brazil and is said to activate and align the chakras. http://www.abadianiaportal.com/crystal_beds
- Evening sessions will include crystal bowls healing enchantments with the very special crystal bowls and the extra-ordinary crystal alchemy bowls
- Planned group excursions and ample free time for you to explore the surroundings
- Working with the elements including a fire ceremony
