It is a fairly quick and painless process and involves you being committed to stopping smoking and turning up for a couple of hours on the 8th or 9th of August for your session.
The ongoing benefits of being a non-smoker are of course immense for that lucky person – the money is one thing, but the health benefits are astronomical too. And I say that as someone who benefitted from stopping smoking using hypnotherapy many years ago, and as well as still counting the savings, I am also counting the blessings from such an important decision in my life!!
