It's about 27 minutes or so long. It is useful to have a problem in mind that you would like to (re)solve before you get started. The choice is yours...so long as you avoid listening to it whilst driving, or operating machinery of any kind!!

It may well be that you solve a simple problem by listening to this recording just the once. However, I do suggest that you listen to this recording on an ongoing basis and perhaps as often as you can in the first couple of weeks.
