This “Love Your Inner Child” recording enables you to make contact with your own Inner Child in a safe space, embrace them and start to strengthen the connection between you and them. It also offers the opportunity to do healing work with your Inner Child, and it can promote a wonderful opportunity for you to integrate the power and presence of the child within you.

Please note, however, that this recording is not a substitute for in person Inner Child work. If you feel that this might be a more appropriate avenue for you to pursue, then please either have a look at the Inner Child Therapy page or feel free to give me a call to discuss in more detail.

Love Your Inner Child has been recorded live at a workshop, and then edited in the recording studio, so please note it is not actual recording studio quality, and there are background noises remaining on the recording. Nonetheless, it has already been a valuable aid in the healing journey of several individuals, which is why I decided to make it available to everyone through this shop, and also through my App “Hypnosis for Transformation” at the App Store.  or on Google Play

This recording is approx 26-27 minutes in length.

** Please note with all of the mp3’s on this website the download is automatic when you pay through Paypal or Stripe which is fully automated. If you choose offline payment, and send me a cheque or pay through my bank, then I will send you the mp3 via a transfer company (probably We Transfer) after I receive the payment. However, this way does cause extra time and admin at this end as it is a non-automated process and so costs a £1 more. I’d much rather you took the cheaper option ?
