Discovery Sessions offer you an informed hand to help you understand what’s going on with you at this moment, to help you move in the right direction and/or to give you a fresh perspective.. Therapy per se, is not always the answers, and these find yourself sessions are offered with the intention of opening up new avenues and ideas and possibilities for your self.

Sessions may include some “work” (Reiki, Hypnosis, Energy Management etc.) and may also include suggestions for the future.

All sessions take place online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed
