When You Do Not Know What to Do

The possibility that you have other parts of yourself that know how to provide solutions for the challenges that you have in everyday life is an intoxicating one! If you’re willing to buy into that concept, then depending on your belief system, you might like to think of those as parts of your current life self, your consciousness in general or your Soul (including all of its past life personalities).

Like the quote says, an excellent key to accessing those solutions is relaxation, and/or stopping thinking about the problem. It’s a little bit like if you misplace something around your home, a good way to find it is to stop looking, do something else and then often its whereabouts will pop into your head. What you’re activating is part of your subconscious which remembers where you saw or put it last.

Accessing past lives is not dissimilar. Relaxation is helpful (though not always essential) coupled with preparation and an intention to find something which is in line with your goal and then hey presto! It’s not quite as simple as switiching on a TV and finding a programme you like. However, with a little persistence and a good guide, it can often be an excellent way of finding those solutions that are helpful for your current life.

For some it may seem a little “backwards thinking” or even inconceiveable that you can go into the past to solve issues that are with you now. Everything though is a product of its history and everybody is a product of their personal history. By going back into our personal history and clearing the effect of the past, you can change your life now!
