This workshop day is an escape, a mini-retreat or whatever relaxing way you would like to describe it. The last few years have been harder work than most of us would like for all of the ordinary people like you and me. There have been challenges of varying degrees for almost everyone, and many people have had to focus on surviving rather than thriving. In staying afloat as best as they can, many have lost their connection with themselves at a deeper level.

With stress, anxiety and uncertainty on the increase everywhere, some people have even had to neglect their personal journey of self-development. Others have found the heavy energy of these times so tough that they have completely lost their centre. I could go on and elaborate with more of the problems that people have experienced, however it is more important to talk about this workshop and the solutions that it offers.

This is simply a day of re-connecting with soul and re-calibrating your self. It is a day of relaxation which is pleasantly filled with various healing modalities. The venue is a beautiful location in South Bucks that nurtures the Soul by itself, and all of the activites on offer are also designed to enrich your Soul connection and nurture you. The day includes

All deposits paid for this workshop are non-refundable as are any Paypal charges. If you need to transfer your booking to another workshop or event date, then I need a minimum of 7 days notice, otherwise I regret the deposit will be forfeited.
