I started using this recording in August. We went away to Yorkshire in October and whenever I go away I always eat what I want including the chocolate as I always follow a healthy eating plan usually. So the first day I ate a two finger kit-kat and two luxury chocolates left in the fridge at our B&B where we stayed. Well I can confidently say I found I did not like chocolate anymore, it does nothing for me, in fact I find it dull to eat. ** This recording downloads in a zip file. In that file there are two recordings; an intro and the main hypnosis. I recommend you listen to the whole recording the first time (though there is nothing to stop you listening more often) and after that focus on simply listening to the hypnosis.
