The reality is that we are much than just our physical bodies, and in fact have energy bodies or an aura all around us. And in the same way that you need to take care of your physical body by showering, brushing your teeth and other daily cleaning habits, you also need to take care of your energy bodies.
For our energy bodies may become congested or sluggish with all of the things we can’t see around us getting caught up in them. Much like dust gathers on physical objects, energy such as old emotions and feelings, thoughts and even other people’s energies might get caught up in our energy field, so it is essential practice to clear and cleanse ourselves regularly. This recording is one of many ways that you can do that to give you and your energy field a good spring clean.
** This recording downloads in a zip file. In that file there are two recordings; an intro and the main hypnosis. I recommend you listen to the whole recording the first time (though there is nothing to stop you listening more often) and after that focus on simply listening to the hypnosis.
