This has been designed to help you to help yourself to resolve simple problems more easily in your everyday life. It may well be that you solve a simple problem by listening to this recording just the once.
However, I do suggest that you listen to this recording on an ongoing basis and perhaps as often as you can in the first couple of weeks. For, the more you get into the habit of listening to this recording the more it will reinforce the suggestions of relaxation and help you to find it easier to resolve problems for yourself on an ongoing basis. And that can positively impact your own life and the lives of others around you, and the world around you in general.

It is important that you avoid listening to this recording while you are driving, operating machinery, or are engaged in some other activity which requires your full concentration.
This recording downloads in a zip file. In that file there are two recordings; an intro and the main hypnosis. I recommend you listen to the whole recording the first time (though there is nothing to stop you listening more often) and after that focus on simply listening to the hypnosis.
Please note with all mp3’s on this website the download is automatic when you pay through paypal which is fully automated. If you choose offline payment, and send me a cheque or pay through my bank, then I will send you the mp3 via a transfer company (probably Wetransfer). However it do cause extra time and admin at this end as it is a non-automated process and so costs a £1 more. I’d much rather you took the cheaper option 🙂
