Description

This audio recording is here to assist you in cutting unhealthy cords so you can make significant differences in your health, well-being and life in general. You can listen to this recording time and time again, if and when you come across cords that need to be cut to the past.

Cords are energetic ties or connections, which can energetically connect a person with life situations, people, objects, places, thought forms – like a business or a project – or animals. There are essentially good cords and negative cords.

Many cords form quite naturally in our lives when we meet and bond with other people, places etc. and they will usually attach and detach in a healthy way. Loving partners, for example, will have positive cords in place between them. A baby will be corded to both of its parents, and especially the mother, when it is born and these cords will naturally detach over time as the child becomes more independent.

However, there are also “unwanted” cords that stay in place for longer than is appropriate for one or both parties, perhaps when a relationship is over, or when you move house, leave a job or many other scenarios. Then these ongoing cords can serve to maintain behaviour, situation or similar which can become unhealthy for one or more individuals, and effectively stop you moving on.

** This recording downloads in a zip file. In that zip file there are several different variations of the recordings,  as well as a brief set of guidelines in a PDF file. I’d suggest you have a quick read of the guidelines first.

*** Please note with all mp3’s on this website the download is automatic when you pay through paypal which is fully automated. If you choose offline payment, and send me a cheque or pay through my bank, then I will send you the mp3 via a transfer company (probably Wetransfer). However it does cause extra time and admin at this end as it is a non-automated process and so costs a £1 more. I’d much rather you took the cheaper option 🙂
