Ideally (weather permitting) we will do at least one exercise outside too, so please bring appropriate clothing.
The contents include:
- Brief history of dowsing
- Brief theory of dowsing
- Working with pendulums
- Working with dowsing rods (L-rods)
- Dowsing for answers
- Locational dowsing
- Dowsing for diet/nutrition
- Dowsing inside and outside
- Potential pitfalls and how to avoid them
How Can Dowsing be Beneficial
What dowsing potentially gives you is a source of answers which are outside of your conscious thinking mind. This enables you a) to have that source of answers at your fingertips and b) to train your intuition that bit more in the process.
Doug has been dowsing for many years both professionally and personally. He is also an experienced Hypnosis/Regression Therapy trainer and has initiated Regression Therapy training programmes in South Africa and Mexico, and has run workshops in Belgium, Italy, Lithuania, Mexico, Switzerland, Ireland, Scotland and South Africa.
This introduction to dowsing workshop takes place in a delightfull location at The Lee House, The Lee, Bucks HP16 9NA – most easily accessible by road, and also by rail (Great Missenden 8 minutes by car or Wendover 11 minutes by car) or by Metropolitan line tube via Chesham (14 minutes by car).
If the weather permits, we will do at least one exercise outside, so please make sure you bring warm clothes and sturdy shoes or boots

“Doug is a great teacher, and the workshop was fun and interesting. I could not dowse by myself with a pendulum, and so was delighted with Doug’s guidance to see it work for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day. Whilst it was fun, we learned a lot.” Tilly Patteson
