Starting off a New Year is like starting any new pursuit in life, and so it is good to have a bit of a plan. In fact it is especially important to have some kind of idea of what you are looking to do with you for the year before you find yourself immersed in the activity of the year ahead. A year is a long time, and by spending a relatively short amount of time planning it and working with the energy of it in advance, it can be a lot more enjoyable and rewarding.
Many people use this time of year to make resolutions, and resolutions are a great way of planning your year as it effectively means we are setting goals for ourselves for positive change. And of course, New Year is a very popular time for people to gather our resolve and try and do exactly that.
