Sugar Free Me ?

Sugar Free Me?

As a child growing up in the seventies and eighties, I remember being highly hypnotised on a regular basis by the adverts on the television.

I remember repeatedly hearing the messages that a certain chocolate bar would “… help me work, rest and play”, that another one is “…just enough to give your kids a treat…”. Then “there’s the one with the hazelnut in every bite” which the viewer is reminded to REMEMBER a couple of times at the end, the one that is “…full of Eastern promise” , the one with the chilled out fluffy bunny rabbit who takes everything “real easy” with her chocolate bar in hand…and the list could go on.

Ignoring the specifics of these adverts, the obvious overall message to our collective subconscious mind was that chocolate bars would somehow do us good and were a necessary part of our lives. When I grew up we kids certainly took that to heart and on the occasions when we did have a little money to spend we would do so at the village sweetshop.

In the past few years, many have started to realize the lack of truth in those messages, and that in fact the sugar in these types of confectionary is positively harmful to our health and our lives.

Many experts now go so far as to say that sugar poses a huge danger to health in modern society. And articles such as this one by Robert Lustig: “the man who believes sugar is poison” are becoming increasingly commonplace.

We of course need to remember that sugar occurs naturally in many foods, however, the problem starts when we add sugar to food and drinks and when we consume fizzy drinks and confectionery that contain more sugar than our bodies can safely process.

I have been convinced about the lack of benefits of consuming unnecessary sugar for several years and have stopped eating it several times here and there. So, I didn’t think that I particularly had a problem with it until I made a decision to stop consuming it completely at the beginning of June. It was only when I stopped that I started to realize how much better I felt without it.

And not only did I feel much better but I lost 4 or 5 kilos over the next months and a half primarily by stopping eating sugar.

I found it easy to stop because I had done a bit of research about sugar and I was ready to stop. However, also I found it easy because I began to hypnotise myself repeatedly to stop eating sugar. What I was actually doing was making a hypnosis recording to stop eating sugar and by repeatedly listening to myself, that was that!

But, I wasn’t the only beneficiary. Four guinea pigs listened to the recording to test it out, and guess what! They all stopped eating sugar.

So you can guess what’s coming next ….

Here is your chance to take advantage of that hypnosis recording too if you are ready to stop eating sugar, then keep reading a little further…
